If you don’t like the jewellery and solitaire purchased from us, you can send it back to us within 14days from the date of delivery. We will make sure to refund the entire amount back to your account within 10 working days. The amount of the product refund, should not exceed more than Rs. 2,00,000, in case of Jewellery and Rs. 5,00,000, in case of solitaire diamonds. For amount higher than the prescribed limit, our buyback policy is applicable. The 14 days refund policy is not applicable on Gold Coins; however, our buyback policy is applicable for the same.
Below mentioned process needs to follow while returning product
- Refund request can be done by informing our customer care team via email or call. We will thereby collect the product from the provided shipping address and initiate the refund process immediately.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for the refund to be initiated within 14 Days.
- In case, if you don’t produce the original certificate of the product, we will send the jewellery/solitaire to the Lab for recertification and the shipping along with the certification cost shall be borne by the customer. The certification cost of diamond jewellery is Rs. 500 and for Solitaire diamond is Rs. 3000.
- During the quality check of the product by our quality check team, any product which shows signs of wear and tear, or have been resized, altered, damaged cannot be accepted under 14days refund policy and for that our buyback policy is applicable.
- This refund facility is not available at any of our stores and it is exclusively available for purchase made at www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com
- This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, Rakhi and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon
