Yes we do provide customization option on some jewellery and to get more details please visit our drop us your customization request on www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com/ae/customjewellery . Our executive will call you to discuss and provide you with estimation for the same.
Are pendants available with the chain?
Some pendant comes with chains and some do not. You can check the chain availability on product details tab under heading "Finding type". For those pendants which do not come with chain, we have a range of chains for you. You can either search the compatible chain on shipping cart under each pendant or can select from gold chains.
Do you deal with Conflict Free diamonds?
malabargoldanddiamonds.com uses only conflict-free diamonds that are acquired from legitimate diamond sources. These are certified through famous Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).
If I lose my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate one?
Yes we can provide you duplicate/copy of jewellery certificate at the cost of USD20. Please note Copy/Duplicate will be return on the certificate.
